De-Stress Muscle Relaxer
A deep and meaningful all over body massage treatment designed to work on stiff, tight and fatigued muscles and joints after sports or a day of physical stress and strain. Involves specialized and intensive deep tissue techniques to warm, manipulate and ease the muscles with stretching and drainage to release and disperse tension. Ensure a positive and effective result with a double layer of gel and oil of Rosemary, Ginger and Black Pepper for stimulation, invigoration and pure, untapped energy. The Big Sur
This relaxation massage is derived from modalities taught at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. It is quieting and calming to the mind and body, incorporating long, smooth strokes with pressure that facilitates comfort.

Abhyanga Massage
Abhyanga means to touch with love. This massage, though administered in a variety of ways, always anoints the entire body with warm aromatic oils. Lomilomi Massage (Shawn Only)
Lomilomi is now a common and popular form of massage throughout the world, especially in Hawai'i, Japan and Europe. Traditionally taught lomilomi practitioners are generally unwilling to work at just any spa or massage office. Lomilomi is a holistic healing tradition beyond simple massage.
