Mark hails from a rural town in Tennessee, several miles south of Nashville. After completing a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in English/Cultural History, he moved to New York City and has resided here since early 2001.

Mark's management experience ranges from the corporate world--Borders Bookstores--to the not-for-profit sector--The Lower East Side Tenement Museum--into the realm of Health Sciences at the Swedish Institute in New York City as a Manager of the P.H. Ling Massage Clinic.
